Your responsibilities

As a chatter, you manage the direct message channels of our creators. You respond to messages, build relationships with fans, present relevant PPV offers and keep notes on preferences and purchase history. The goal is a long-term, pleasant customer relationship — not short-term sales pressure.

What you should bring

• German language at native level, reliable spelling
• Empathetic manner and enjoyment of conversations
• Reliability and discipline — shifts are committed to and honored
• Willingness to learn and consistently apply our playbook
• 18+ and legally registered in Germany, Austria or Switzerland

Application process

After we receive your application, a short video interview follows (15–20 minutes). Afterward, you'll get a small sample task to get a feel for your writing style. If it's a good fit, you start onboarding with a paid training period.
